    Service IQ Integration

    HubSpot Setup Guide

Connect Service IQ to your HubSpot CRM to keep customers, projects, jobs, and contractors in sync.

    Overview

Service IQ integrates with HubSpot using a Marketplace-based OAuth connection. Once connected, Service IQ automatically manages required permissions, properties, and relationships. No Private App, API keys, or manual scope configuration is required.

The integration supports bi-directional synchronization and provides full visibility into sync activity through built-in logs.

    The Sync Logs tab shows:

    • • Every sync operation
    • • Direction (Service IQ → HubSpot or HubSpot → Service IQ)
    • • Status (Success or Error)
    • • Entity and timestamp

    Common Issues

    Jobs not syncing?

Confirm HubSpot Projects is enabled. Check your HubSpot plan level.

    Fields showing "Loading"?

Property provisioning may still be in progress. Refresh the page after a few moments.

    Data not updating automatically?

Ensure "Enable Two-Way Sync" is turned on. Confirm Automatic Sync is active.

If issues persist, review Sync Logs or contact support.

    Pulling Data from HubSpot

Use "Pull from HubSpot" to import data into Service IQ:

    • HubSpot Companies and Contacts can be imported as Customers
    • Contacts are routed based on relationship type:

    Employee → Customer

    Contractor → Contractor
